That's not the point. Baro could sell Primed Continuity for 3000 ducats too, but buying that mod makes sense even for high prices. Primed chamber is super useless mod that only make sense on Vectis of 100s of weapons in game, and still the difference isn't much. A cheap riven will outperform it while costing less.

It's been nearly three years since its event. At max rank (3), it gives a 100% bonus damage boost to a shot, whereas Charged Chamber gives 40% at its max rank (of 3).

Primed Chamber is really only good on the Vectis and the Vectis Prime (with a high enough ranked Depleted Reload to reduce the mag to 1) since it increases the damage with every single shot) because t's basically a lower rank serration with reduced cost. Otherwise, it's not really good unless you don't mind constantly reloading #3
