Mar 31, 2022 · Little more background - I had hoped to use just the App on both TV's and avoid the receiver or set box completely (saves $20 per month). This works OK, but to have the Cloud DVR service, they said I needed to have at least one box ($10 for box plus $10 for Cloud DVR). This box is connected to the older TV where we do most of our viewing.
Currently, Cloud DVR is not supported on Samsung TV. The Spectrum TV App is supported, but to manage and view Cloud DVR programming you would need a supported device, including Apple & Android smartphones and tablets, Apple TV or ROKU.
