Get all the skills you need to transfer to Izanagi to those two first before fusing, obviously. 2nd tip: Magician Arcana Chance will help you get skills you couldn't learn from Obariyon-Shikome fusing.

The intent is to make you fuse often to keep up, and since your Izanagi is 20 levels lower than the closest boss you might as well ditch him.

InO is not actually very good in P4G. Arguably he was useful in P4 for the bonus boss fight because of all of his resists, but other than that... meh.
